Before you order
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 days. That's an estimate: carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs or a wrong address can add time.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders of $50 or more ship free unless checkout shows a different charge.
Can I return something I've used?
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to ask for a return, and opened or used products qualify. Contact us first and we'll send return instructions. For a change of mind you pay return shipping. If an item arrives damaged, wrong or not working, we cover it.
When do I get my refund?
Once we receive and check the return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
How do I pay?
Checkout runs on Shopify. You can pay with Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or a major card.
