Which size should I choose?

Choose 25 × 14 cm for garnishes or 30 × 20 cm for snacks. The 34 × 23 cm and 39 × 28 cm sizes give you more prep space. Choose 46 × 30 cm for larger jobs. Check the dimensions against your counter and storage space.

Does it need oiling?

No. Wash your board with soap, rinse it and dry it before storage.

Can I use it instead of a plastic board?

Yes. You cut on the titanium surface instead of a plastic cutting surface.

What if it isn't right for me?
