Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs, or an incorrect shipping address.

Shipping cost

Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Orders totaling $50 or more qualify for free shipping unless a different charge is shown at checkout.

Order processing and address changes

Please review the shipping address before placing an order. If an address needs to be changed, email info@klerive.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change after the order has been processed.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs charges, duties, or taxes set by the destination country. The customer is responsible for these charges.
